    Can you tell us a bit about yourself?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    I was born in Los Angeles, California, but when I was a little girl, my mom took me to Mexico. I grew up and went to school there until I came back to the U.S. at 18. Since then, I\u2019ve lived in Phoenix, Arizona. I\u2019ve worked a lot, raised my daughter, and tried to learn English, but it hasn\u2019t been easy between work and being a mom.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    I work at a window company as a production lead. For fun, I love walking, going to the gym now and then \u2014 but what I enjoy the most is dancing!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    My daughter is 21 now and studying Health Sciences. I\u2019m so proud of her.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How did you find yourself in debt?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    I got into debt by trying to help people \u2014 family and friends. I used credit cards to buy things for others, help with their homes and kids. But when I asked to be paid back, everyone told me \u201cno.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Everything changed. I felt free. I had my confidence back. I could finally buy myself something after years of not spending anything on myself …<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    So all that debt fell on me. I was paying almost $2,000 a month just in minimum payments. I was covering my daughter\u2019s school, my house, and trying to pay towards the debt \u2014 but nothing was going down, I was just paying interest. I did that for years. I was always stressed, always sick from nerves. I had to take medication just to manage it all.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Eventually I said, \u201cI can\u2019t do this anymore.\u201d That\u2019s when I saw an ad for Beyond Finance.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    After graduation, we could live a normal life. I didn\u2019t have to think about payments every single day. My day-to-day life is so much better.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    I visit my family in Mexico more often \u2014 they live about 10 hours from Phoenix. Before, I couldn\u2019t justify the expense. Now, I can.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    I also helped my daughter finance a new car. That was a big moment for us.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    And now, thanks to my recovered credit, I qualify for my own new car \u2014 and even for a new home. I already own my own house, but now Wells Fargo is sending me letters asking if I want to apply for another mortgage.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We eat better, dress better, and just enjoy life. We go out and see new places \u2014 something we couldn\u2019t do before. I don\u2019t worry anymore about what will happen if there\u2019s an emergency or if I can\u2019t work. I have money saved now.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
