Beyond Finance New Executive Hire - Chief People Officer

APRIL 20, 2021 (HOUSTON)Beyond Finance, one of the nation’s largest debt settlement organizations, has made a firm commitment to its team members by announcing transformation expert Denise LaForte as its new Chief People Officer. She will be responsible for leading human resources, talent acquisition, and workplace culture.

Creating a Chief People Officer position and an entire people department is crucial for Beyond Finance. Denise brings 35 years of strategic organizational insight to Beyond Finance. In her new role as Chief People Officer, she is responsible for several things imperative to a new growth phase. Those skills include change management, leadership development, goal alignment, and the company’s overall culture.

“I can’t think of a time where a fine-tuned people and culture department is more important than right now,” said LaForte. “We offer the right solutions that improve performance and the right rewards to keep a workforce energized. That’s why there’s nothing a team in a new hybrid remote environment can’t accomplish for their clients and each other.” 

Before joining Beyond Finance as Chief People Officer, LaForte held executive positions in organizational transformation at Evolve, Mercer, and PwC. Most recently, Denise was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cushman & Wakefield. There, she led a team of more than 200 HR professionals across the Americas.

LaForte holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In addition, she has an MBA with a concentration in human resources management from DePaul University in Chicago.
