A recent survey notes that <a href=\"https:\/\/bankingjournal.aba.com\/2024\/05\/fed-survey-unbanked-status-continues-to-vary-among-income-ethnic-groups\/#:~:text=Credit%20access%20for%20Americans%20held%20steady&amp;text=Eighty%2Dtwo%20percent%20of%20adults,in%202023%2C%20the%20Fed%20said.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">82% of U.S. adults<\/a> &#8212; 214 million people &#8212; own at least one credit card, so tip sheets like these remain crucial. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More importantly, what may be considered common sense to some about credit cards is not to others.
