In recognition of Men\u2019s Mental Health Month<\/em> this June, Beyond Finance launched a nationwide awareness campaign to spotlight the silent mental health struggles men face, especially when it comes to financial stress, secrecy, and shame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The campaign was grounded in Beyond Finance\u2019s national survey, which revealed that nearly half of men admit to hiding money behaviors, and 40% say financial stress has left them feeling isolated from friends and loved ones. The findings underscore a growing but often overlooked connection between money and mental health for men.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To lead the conversation, Beyond Finance\u2019s certified financial therapist Nathan Astle participated in 28 broadcast media interviews, bringing his message of compassion and connection to over 20 million viewers and listeners nationwide.\u201cMoney doesn\u2019t have to be a silent struggle,\u201d says Astle. \u201cWhen men internalize financial pressure, it often leads to isolation, anxiety, and shame \u2014 but we can heal through honesty and shared experience.
