\u201c<\/strong>While budgeting is a common sense technique for good money management, like any habit you hope to change, consistency is key,\u201d she shares. \u201cA budget is a tool, not a fix-all. It’s only helpful if you’re consistent with it, so find one that works for you.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Rasure acknowledged that people can feel either scared of or restricted by a budget, but it’s helpful to shift your mindset to think of it more as a form of freedom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
