Our Promise to You
When you enroll with Beyond Finance, you are placing your trust in us. In return, we commit to the following standards throughout your program to serve you best:
Unlike debt management options where providers may earn compensation from creditors, our only obligation is to you. Every resolution we negotiate is designed to achieve a great outcome for you, and we do not accept compensation from creditors. When we sit across the table from a creditor, we are on your side.
Clients who complete our program resolve their debts for less than they owe - ending the cycle of carrying balances and accumulating interest for years to come. We conduct a graduation review comparing your payments to creditors and our program fees against your original enrolled debt to confirm you paid less than you owed, and if not, we'll refund the difference from our program fees.*
We will not charge you any fees unless and until we successfully negotiate a resolution that you have approved and have started making payments towards. We charge no upfront fees. 3rd parties, such as the dedicated account provider may charge separate maintenance fees as outlined in your escrow agreement; we do not collect any portion of third-party fees.
The Beyond Finance mobile app and client dashboard provides you with 24/7 access to your account details, deposit history, resolution progress, and program milestones. Resolution offers are always presented to you for approval before anything moves forward.

* The graduation review starts with the client's total enrolled debt amount as of their program start date. Any debts added after enrollment are added to this total. We then compare that figure to the total amount paid to resolve these debts, including both creditor payments and our program fees. One exception applies: if a client incurs new charges or takes cash advances on an enrolled debt after it's enrolled, that debt — along with any program fees tied to it — is excluded from the review and is not eligible for a refund under this guarantee.
